I was drawn to Infosoft by its reputation for innovation and its focus on improving health through technology. The company's mission aligns with my passion for using tech to make a positive impact, and I knew it would be a place where I could grow while contributing meaningfully. I’m excited to be part of a team that is committed to making a difference in the healthcare industry.

What do you like best about your job?

What I love most about my job is the opportunity to make a difference in people’s daily experiences. Whether I’m solving a complex issue or providing guidance, knowing that I’ve helped a customer feel supported and satisfied is incredibly rewarding. Every day brings new challenges that allow me to grow and keep my skills sharp, all while being part of a collaborative team that genuinely cares about delivering exceptional service.

Any interesting stories in your line of work?

One of the most memorable experiences in my role was when a customer called in with an urgent issue just before a major product launch. They were stressed, but I could tell they needed more than just technical assistance—they needed reassurance. I spent extra time not only fixing the issue but walking them through best practices to avoid similar issues in the future. When the launch went smoothly, they reached out personally to thank me for the support.
